Frank Wilson is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Embassy West, Inc.

Mr. Wilson began his career in the late-1970s providing personal security for entertainers and controversial political lecturers while studying for his criminal justice degree. Subsequently he headed the dignitary protection unit for the department of special services for a large metropolitan city in the Pacific Northwest and was responsible for managing the safety and security of a number of entertainment, sports, political and public notables.

An accomplished dignitary protection manager and personal security expert, Mr. Wilson has received recognition from local, state and federal agencies for his expertise. In 1999, the Nevada Association of Field Tactics Instructors recognized him for his excellence in executive protection training programs.

During his very active and diverse career, Mr. Wilson has personally provided protective services to literally dozens of corporate and public figures, professional athletes and top name entertainers. Additionally, he has organized the personal protection programs of an international media group, corporations and individual leaders of business.

Most recently, Mr. Wilson devoted over five years of service to his Country helping to plan, organize and implement the largest Federal agency rollout in the history of the United States government. He personally supervised the training and daily operations of personnel at several facilities throughout the country with critical Homeland Security concerns. As part of his duties, he developed a number of entry-level and supervisory training programs that have been adopted for presentation to a National Federal Security Force.

Mr. Wilson subsequently headed the security operations of one the Nation’s top 25 largest public transportation agencies. This agency transports over 65 million passengers, traveling in excess of 18 million miles a year, with multiple facilities. In 2008, Mr. Wilson was honored to be invited with a small group of professionals, to construct the framework of the Federal government’s National Mass Transit Security Plan.

Mr. Wilson has received certified training accreditation as both a State and Federal law enforcement officer. He has received instructor and master instructor certification in several fields. Maintaining active, valid instructor certifications pertinent to his field, he continues to develop training programs that have been adopted by city, county, state and federal agencies. Mr. Wilson is skilled and charismatic in his presentations; he is an inspiring and exceptional educator.

He has been published by law enforcement equipment manufacturers and has been featured in law enforcement publications. He is skilled in aviation, maritime, urban, and rural security, safety, force protection, operational security, continuity of operations and business recovery.
